Check out The Saratoga Auto Museum!

Trimester 2: We will learn how to use our cameras, How to hold a camera, use a tripod. We will also take a look at shutter speed and depth of field.  What makes a picture better? How do we compose pictures? How can we make them better! A trip to the Saratoga Auto Museum will be planned on a Saturday, February 9th, 2008 10:00 AM-- 12:30 PM. (Snow date, February 16, 2008). Trimester 3: We will work on uncovered work from Trimester 2 along with working in Photoshop. We will also learn some creative and trick photography! Spring trip to Five Rivers will be announced later.

You can sign up for Trimester 2 and 3 or just one of the two.

Equipment: Camera optional but welcome. There will be days open for learning how to own your own camera. Digital memory card or film for your camera. On days that we have assignments, students will be asked to take their film and have it processed and put on a cd. We do not need the pictures. I recommend Shutter Speed Photo located on  281 New Scotland Avenue, Albany, New York 12208 (next to The Fountain). Mention you are in Mr. Neudel's photo class and receive a 10% discount while you are in the photography class.
